Noah Clark is the anointed leader of BOX, from menu curation, to seamlessly coordinating both front and back-of-house operations. Additionally, he meticulously manages and defines overarching standard operating procedures. Noah brings over a decade of seasoned experience in full-service and fast-casual restaurant operations, earning accolades as an award-winning team leader. His achievements include recognition at the NFL Superbowl in Atlanta and numerous awards at the critically acclaimed, Taste of Atlanta food festival. Noah played a pivotal role in creating a successful fast-casual concept, establishing and maintaining the flagship retail store, and launching an ambitious franchise expansion plan. His ultimate aim is to position BOX as a front-runner in the fast-casual market, locally, nationally and internationally. Most recently, Noah was asked to feed all of the chefs at the Manhattan Beach Food & Wine Festival. "It was an honor to prepare food for these incredible chefs. Meeting so many of them was also a great experience—legends like Neal Fraser, Chris Cosentino, Susan Feniger, Dominique Crenn, Michael Reed, Nyesha Arrington, and Jet Tila. It was awesome!" says Noah.
